Keystone Industrial Coatings is a specification and sourcing service for industrial flooring projects across Central Pennsylvania. We translate facility requirements into installable scopes of work, then connect those projects with vetted local installation crews.
Most facility managers don't want to compare three different coating salespeople, each pushing a different product. They want a written specification matched to their environment, a fixed-price proposal, and a crew that shows up when they said they would.
That's the gap we work in. We don't install floors ourselves — we specify them, source them, and stay in the project until sign-off. The installation crews we work with are independent contractors we've vetted on insurance, license, and prior work.
You get a single point of contact, a written system specification, and a fixed-price proposal. If something goes wrong on the install, we're still the point of contact — we don't hand you off and disappear.
We're not a national franchise, not a paint store, and not a coatings manufacturer trying to upsell you on a specific product line. Specification independence is the value of the model — we'll spec the right system, not the one that pays the highest commission.
Industrial flooring is a craft trade. A bad installer can ruin a $40,000 floor in a weekend. Our vetting process — what crews have to clear before we'll send them to a client's facility:
Current general liability and workers comp at minimums appropriate to the project scope. PA Home Improvement Contractor registration where applicable. We verify, not just ask.
Active certification or trained-installer status with at least one major coatings manufacturer. This isn't a vanity credential — it's the difference between a crew who knows the cure window and one who's guessing.
Three recent comparable projects we can call. We've walked off candidate crews mid-vetting because the reference checks didn't hold up.
Tell us what your floor has to survive. We'll take it from there.
